Common questions
A few of the questions patients ask most often. If yours is not here, call us or send a message — we are glad to help.
- Are you accepting new patients?
- Yes. We welcome new patients. You can register before your first visit using our online new-patient form, which saves time at the clinic.
- Do you speak English?
- Yes. The practice works fluently in both Greek and English, so visitors and residents who prefer English are looked after in their own language.
- How much does treatment cost?
- Fees depend entirely on the individual case, so we do not publish prices. After examining you and discussing the options, we give you a clear written estimate before any treatment begins — with no obligation to proceed.
- Does insurance cover dental treatment?
- In practice, dental insurance no longer exists in Greece — neither public (ΕΟΠΥΥ) nor private schemes cover routine treatment, implants or prosthetics for adults. Treatment is private, so we give you a clear written estimate before anything begins and provide full documentation (receipts) for your records.
- Does a root canal hurt?
- Modern endodontics is carried out under local anaesthetic and is usually no more uncomfortable than a filling. The tooth may feel tender for a day or two afterwards; we explain what to expect and how to manage it.
- How long does implant treatment take?
- It depends on the case. The implant itself is placed in a single, planned procedure — sometimes on the same day a tooth is removed — and the final restoration usually follows after a period of healing. We give you a realistic timeline for your own case at the planning stage.
- What should I do in a dental emergency?
- Call the clinic on +30 22840 51022 during opening hours and we will do our best to see you the same day. Outside hours you can leave a voicemail and we will return your call; for a severe injury or swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest hospital.
- How can I pay?
- We accept cash, card and bank transfer. For larger treatment plans we set out the costs and the stages in advance.
- How do I book, and where are you?
- Call +30 22840 51022 or use the contact page; new patients can register online beforehand. The clinic is in Naoussa, Paros, and we also see patients from across the island and from Antiparos — directions are on the contact page.
